| When placing your order please keep in mind that your order may be custom made to your requirements, therefore additional time may be needed for the creation of it. Most jewelry items are created and available for sending within 7 business days. Please feel free to email with any questions. |
| Most of the time you can order any piece of jewelry you've seen here. Just as no two pearls, or stones are exactly alike, each piece will be a little different - sometimes I need to substitute one bead for another. If this is the case you will be notified to see if it meets your approval. When someone orders a bracelet, or necklace larger than the one pictured, beads may need to be added, withdrawn, or substituted to create balance in the piece. Again, you will be contacted if this is the case. Often we will send an e-mail photo to a client to make sure she approves. In your order, please advise as to what length you want. If there is a problem you will be contacted. All the jewelry on this site is designed, and handforged of only the finest materials, and that is what you will receive. |
| When I'm asked to custom create jewelry according to a customers design, I must let you the customer know that there is a service fee for this & the finished item will usually have quite a higher cost (sometimes double) than most items found on my website, due to the extra time, and labor intensity that it takes to create something that is in someone else's imagination. |
| Please be informed also, once a design is agreed upon & the custom piece sent, there will be no refunds, or exchanges. Please be sure you are very clear in your descriptions & examine the photos well. |

| Please note that the quantity of items needed to complete some orders may exede the supplies in stock. This is not a problem, however this order falls under the category of a "custom order". To fill this order, I will need to make a special purchase for the supplies, then create the items before your order can be sent. Since the supplies used are specially purchased and created for the purchaser custom orders are non-refundable. |

| Most orders ship out within a week of receiving payment, but for larger orders extra time may be required (custom orders take longer). Remember, we make each and every piece of jewelry by hand. | My love for this peaceful majestic deep & the violence of the enormous waves crashing upon the sand comes from my childhood years. Daily I would ride my bike to the beach (many times accompanied by dear friends), spend time in the ocean water, & sun, collect the sea grass that would drift by (making sea grass bracelets, anklet & chokers), wearing them for day's following which somehow seemed to enrich my soul. I'd sit on the beach absorbing the sounds, running my fingers through the sand, enjoying great friends as they'd ride through these awesome waves. If the weather was cloudy or rainy, it was the perfect day to go to Laguna, climb the rocks to explore the tide pools, feeding the sea urchins, and spying on the crabs as they would dodge my presence. Many of my jewelry designs derive from my treasured memories at the sea, and current inspirations from the Lord. |
